Whoever wants to do something against Corona: Why not just train a NN model to identify when you touch your face. And notify you to not do it. Could be easily done with https://teachablemachine.withgoogle.com , then download the model, make a web app out of it that sends a notification when you touch your face. Probably less than a day of work. Such a website could train a lot of screen workers to not touch their face and avoid a later infection.
