Treatment for cytokine storm syndrome (killing many Covid-19 patients) (vox.com)

What is this? I’ve read numerous places elsewhere that cytokine storm is NOT a likely cause of death from Coronavirus, especially given the significantly lower death rates among young and healthy individuals.
