I heard about this first from fake news -- promoted from a university of Vienna lookalike, and then rebuked from actual university of vienna. But then it became real news! Very confused.
That's how fake news sites work. They mix fake to real to confuse people. The purpose of fake news coming from Russia is not to tell alternative truth, the purpose is to make people doubt everything.
