Ask HN: Mark yourself infected in social media?

Are any of you planning on adding a feature to your product where you can mark yourself infected? Somewhat opposite of the facebook "mark yourself safe" feature?

I think the data would be tremendous. The obvious ones would be twitter/facebook but I think anyone that has a popular app that tracks your location could also benefit.

Part 2 of this question is what is currently available right now around this data that I could analyze currently?
