Any search directory for usefull tools (SaaS) needed by businesses?

Is there any unopinionated but somehow spam free (not any unknown buggy new software should be listed there) search directory for SaaS tools useful for different layers of a business? Such as tools for HR, Task Management, Logistics, Chat. Basically a search engine for just software product that solve specific problems.

I know Google is one good answer but I am looking for something more specific.
