Open source and1B home tests per day [help needed: analytical chemists]

Goal: open source design of Corona virus home test kits.

This would allow any chem eng / bio production facility in the world to turn themselves into home test manufacturing factories. When a new strain emerges tomorrow or in 2 months, all the herd immunity will be for naught. We need to stop that spreading and stop the initial strain spreading.
