App ideas to help against coronavirus

I was asked by a friend, whom offered a proposal to the health ministry of Brazil, to make them a band that traces coronavirus infected people, according to him they were desperate and super interested on the idea. So i suggested that we made an app that would do the same work and would be faster, easier and cheaper to implement. So, i had the idea of sharing this situation on the hope that we could do an app to help our countries to deal with this alarming situation facilitating the government job and possibly saving lives.
