Ask HN: Why isn't AWS offering discounts, deferrals?

Everyone -- suppliers, landlords, banks -- are making concessions to customers. Amazon is a MASSIVE fixed AND variable cost for a lot of companies.

Why isn't Amazon doing anything for the SMB community to keep people employed?
