Poll: Would you trust developers with your code.

Long story short, we are creating a project for a startup weekend (mostly for fun) that allows project owners to place rewards for feature commits on GitHub. Obviously, the developers would need access to the codebase and would need to agree to a blanket NDA upon signup. The technicalities are no problem but we are trying to get a feel for people's trust barriers.

tl;dr Would you allow NDA signed developers access to your codebase to make micro feature commits through an online relationship.
