Ask HN: Do you have a role dedicated to productivity in your organization?

Particularly in software engineering teams, do you have a person / sub-team dedicated to help other engineers be as productive as they can be?

I'm thinking as much about tools as about guidance and methodology, the focus of such a role would be to make sure every engineer has everything they need to be a 10x engineer.
