Programmers have tools like Git and VS Code Live sharing for collaborative text editing, but is there any CRDT/OT-based collaborative editing solution for binary formats like 3d models, game assets, video, audio, etc.?

Is there anything like git or google docs for game devs, video engineers, audio engineers, etc.? (I'm specifically interested in solutions that work for Unreal Engine, but also curious about general answers for related industries)
