Ask HN: How do you see web if you could build it from scratch?

Imagine that you're not limited by any resources and your spec will magically handle the web parts we currently use - but besides that, what's the spec you would like to see that the brand new web will look like? What would you want to be handled differently by browsers / web standards than it is right now?
