Ask HN: Are there tools for Randomize/Fake/Pollute fingerprint-able data

It seems like every app/tool etc takes in as much data as possible.

- In desktop/Laptops

  * Is there a way to see/control network data from each application(It ties in all processes related to that application name)

  * Pollute/fake various fingerprint-able data?

  * Restrict what domains a particular application can do network requests.
