Ask HN: Does anyone know much about Edgenuity?

This is more for learning and understanding (curiosity) than anything.

Edgenuity is an education platform that a lot of U.S. based schools use regularly but now with so many kids out of school and transitioning to virtual school Edgenuity seems to be struggling with the scale to support the virtual school. I am not criticizing them, scale is hard, but if anyone knows the basic architecture/structure of how they built their platform it would be interesting.

It does appear that they are using .NET on Windows Server in AWS (but not 100% sure on AWS side). I am not looking for trade secrets, just want/like to learn from companies that are facing a scale problem, and knowing if they are a monolith or micro-services or more functional services etc can help. I have my guesses on the details but it'd be interesting to know some basics at least.
