Back then, we made a Google Sheet of these 30 names and shared it with other startups to find them a new home. It was an inefficient process that got hijacked by some headhunters that managed to get their hands on our list

This is better than the messy Google Sheets that get shared around after every layoff batch at the big cos. Nice if it's well curated and doesn't get spammed by recruiters and other crap, as I've hired some people off the Uber layoff list for example.
