I wouldn't laugh so much. After all, Microsoft bought GitHub, is one of Linux biggest contributor, has included GNU tools in recent versions of Windows, has open sourced development tools and SDKs. Today's Microsoft is very different than the Microsoft of the 90's.
Who's to say that if Microsoft presents a check with enough zeros in it, Mayan's creator won't sell.
