Server as Ventilators for Corona

In case of a major shortage in ventilators, I know that servers like Dell R series and HP; can have adjustable variable fan speed, and they are very powerful it can be used for ventilators. It could with a small connector on the back of the server be attached to something like a valve mask to provide oxigen to the patient. It would be only a matter of programing the fans / driver for such. Any Ideas hanging out there ? Thank, Stay Safe, Fabio from San Mateo
