Show HN: Open-source, local-first device tracking app

Just trying to do my bit to help during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have created an open-source app that uses Bluetooth to store data locally and verifies against a central database updated by a central authority. Currently it runs on Android. I am interested in exploring some encrypted geohashing techniques to also use location data in a privacy-preserving way (probably a research challenge, will start small!).

It's a very basic app right now and it is similar to the apps out there by a lot of other entities. I do not claim any novelty, but more importantly I took this opportunity to teach myself some Flutter and at the same time contribute in some way.

Would love to know people's thoughts!
