It will be a live video network of business experts built on the Justin.TV api that will have live events with various subject experts including a live chat and threaded forum. These videos would be riffing on various business topics (i.e. marketing, sales, finance, etc...). Along with this would be a video networking application that would say allow a florist in Des Moines to be in a network with a Wedding planner in Indy to hook up by video. There would not only be this interaction between small businesses but a built in referral system. Think BNI except without the expensive price and time envolved.
