Ask HN: App Store Status in Review for Weeks

I submitted my app to the App Store 2 weeks ago but it's stuck in "In Review" status. I emailed them and requested expedite review. They replied saying review takes time.

I've never had my app be in review for so long. I know due to COVID, the Play Store has a long wait but after a few days, it was approved.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice? I'm out of options and it's really hurting my business.
