Ask HN: Funding for PPE Orders

I'm currently working with healthcare providers to order approved PPE directly from manufacturers in China. One of the major bottlenecks we're facing is financing the inventory purchase: the providers do not want to pay until they receive their goods.

Does anyone have suggestions for how we could obtain funding to fulfill these orders?
