Best method for a website with payment processing and server hosting for users?

I dont know much about current web or server development so I'm just looking for some pointers in the right direction. I want to set up a website that can take payments, and transfer assets on metamask to the customer. Then I want to set up a server for hosting these assets. What is the best current standard for these items? Thanks.
