Ask HN: Recommended tutorials or online courses to remote manage Windows PCs?

The small business I work as uses LogMeIn for employee work and system maintenance. (We also started using ConnectWise after this HN post [1])

Does anyone have recommendations of online courses (Coursera, Edx, Pluralsight, etc.) or even blog posts describing the problems which you can recommend?

Of course in this time most of the staff are working remote. And for the most part, everything is working well. But there are a few outliers who are running slow and need TLC.

I know there are electrical outlets which can be controlled remotely. I'd like to hear more about the problem of just not being in the room to pull the plug or see the problem to deal with it.
