Ask HN: Bluetooth smart scale without cloud/account/sign-up?

I'm looking for a smart scale that will just sync over Bluetooth without requiring me to sign up for an account and that doesn't sync to the cloud. I do want it to to be able to sync to Apple Health locally on my phone.

I've been looking at withings, medisana and eufy apps, but they all require you to sign up for an account. I've also been looking through reviews and none of them mention this, because apparently privacy is not a concern.

Since HN in general is pretty privacy conscious, I hope someone here has been able to find something like this.
