Ask HN: Going from Product to Consulting?

I’ve built a few startups that have had some success but ultimately were shut down due to poor profitability. I spent 2 years working freelance with early stage startups he Ping with product strategy and testing hypothesis. I spent the last 8 months working as a Product Manager for a fast growing startup, but left because I didn’t like the product enough to work 60 hours a week.

I know how to PM, do UX design, and a bunch of other things. I’d like to move into consulting but I’m struggling with where to start.
