How to rapidly develop Android app?

I am trying it build a mobile app MVP in this regard I have zero down android mobile

Details: my language preference (but I am flexible ): - I and automation Qa engineer and not a developer but I know Java and use it for automation testing using selenium / rest assured - Hence I an inclined toward using java and not Katlin to save language learning curve - I want to build something like small eCommerce/ healthcare etc
