E-learning poor countries during Covid-19, Lockdown?

Hi Guys, I live in South Africa, where there is a huge inequality, other people have no access to the internet. We are currently under lockdown making situation even worse. Any suggestions on what we can do to help bridge the digital divide during this time and make sure even the poorest have access to education. Thanks, Jongi

Hey. Also South African here. Currently building a WhatsApp based classroom/learner resource management application (https://foondamate.com) in hopes that this will at least help in the future. So far I've only launched the functionality to download past papers look up works, search wikipedia and look up solutions to equations but have been working on other features. I'm hoping since WhatsApp is wildly accessible this will make a difference. Already have quite a few user, over 50 but under 100. Happy to chat and discuss further.
