Ask HN: Which BoD or E-book publisher would you recommend

I have currently about 15 titles published with Lulu Press, but I am looking for alternatives. Here are my most important requirements:

Copyright remains with me. The publisher gets NON-exclusive distribution rights

PDF and EPUB formats supported and preferably published as delivered by me (not somehow "improved").

Royalty payment via bank transfer or order check possible.

No recurring payments to the publisher. Moderate one-time set-up fees are acceptable.

So which publisher would you recommend?
