Looking for startups to cover

I'm working on writing profiles of startups for Techology.org, a tech blog I'm working on.

I want to cover smaller sites that are pretty new / haven't launched yet. Preferably not sites that have been covered by any of the big sites (Tech Crunch, Mashable, etc.) because I don't want to just recycle news from them. I will definitely consider despite previous coverage if I can get some original information.

By that I mean (this goes for anyone interested) a 4 or 5 question interview, maybe a photo of the team (one that hasn't previously been published) a demo of the product, etc.
