Hackers needed: In need for a technical Co-founder for hardware issues.

Currently, building a startup with a cs major in my college. We are making a smartphone application and looking for another technical Co-founder to help build a obd2 port wifi connector from scratch. We have no capital and only equity stake in the company. Project will take about 4 months to bang out a prototype. Please help! Thanks!
