We're a looking for someone smart and ultra-responsible to handle administrative operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Administration - Handle basic accounting, paperwork, pay vendors, and
many misc. tasks.
- Answer customer emails, instant messages, and phone calls and resolve
their issues very, very quickly.
- Shouldn't be afraid of doing occasional sales.
Be ready for your responsibilities to grow with the company.Requirements
- You should be morally offended by bad customer service.
- Able to juggle dozens of time sensitive tasks without missing details.
- Have a knack for organization.
- Patience & empathy for customers
- Ultimately you're someone who, given a goal, will find a way to
make things happen.
- You really want to work at a startup.
- Based in SF
