Ask HN: Dog Rescue Apps

This might sound a bit odd as I am looking for dedicated dog rescue apps. An app where dog lovers, vets, owners come together to share their dog problems (which I have seen being done in Facebook pages). If there are any such apps please share links or if any dog lover out there thinks this idea can be worked upon as a side project under lockdown, please do comment. Thank you!
