Why not include in the sign off that patient hereby releases all sources of their prescription medication to the hospitals - - who are ALL participating in a National study that compares survival rates of patients. This is much the same way that famotidine (Pepcid) was discovered in China to have a big effect on Coronavirus. They found that double the number of poorer patients were surviving and it was traced down to oral Pepcid ingestion.
