My advice about safety and speed is and stays: the language you know best is the language that will give you most of both.

This is clickbait and will lead to a flamewar.

I think this article is a rebuttal of a Russian presentation claiming that rust is not faster or safer than c++ but I’m not sure, I couldn’t really follow what was going on in it

The article is about debunking a few myths about Rust, and why C++ is NOT faster or safer than Rust.

The title alludes to the opposite, and as such, is clickbait.
