Ask HN: What whiteboarding solutions do remote teams use?

The team I work on is 100% remote. Something we have always lacked is visualization during brainstorming sessions or expressing ideas quickly visually. Ideally it would be a stylus style of interface/input and less KB & mouse. Size is an issue as it needs to work in a home office. Thanks.
