Why will you fail with your startup?

Hi guys, we all know that 9 of 10 startups fail, but do you know how many times that 1 startup failed before it has become successful? My point is, there is no answer to this question. All we have to do is not to make the same mistakes every time. For example: 1) We have launched a mobile keyboard with real gifts in December 2019, but soon we have realized that it was too difficult for users, and struggled with marketing. It was really hard to buy emoji gifts in a keyboard, so we closed it. 2) In march 2020 we launched Venmo style app with digital gift cards. It was the easy way to send a digital gift card to your friend on a public feed. Soon we realized that people prefer plastic gift cards, and digital gift cards were best for companies, so we closed it. 3) Now we did our homework and realized that gift crowdfunding apps are too difficult, they are for any occasion and everyone, so it means for no one. We have decided to change it and launched our 3 MVP Shaker (Super Gift Maker) in May 2020. Just think, now you don't have to worry about unwanted gifts or about a lot of small gifts. You will take care of everything, and it's free. Do you want to know how does it work? 1. We create a birthday gift crowdfunding for you. 2. We ask your followers, subscribers, fans, etc to fund your gift. 3. We negotiate a gift with your funders. 4. We purchase a gift for you. 5. We deliver a gift to you. What I want to say is just keep launching, and don't do the same mistakes, and soon you will become that 1 successful startup. Thanks and have a great day! JoinShaker.Com

I bet that most startups fail because of failure to find the right product/market fit, not because they couldn't build the tech. It might be better to find the market first, and then build the tech afterwards.
