Why do submissions get flagged?

There was a huge discussion recently about the new Lidl Cloud, incl. doubts that it just may be rumours. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23151069

Since they new Lidl Website is out now I published the link:

Posting: ------------------- Lidl Cloud incl. test access https://news.ycombinator.com/from?site=stackit.de -------------------

And got flagged immediately. Serious question: Why?

The level here seems to get lower by the day.

Maybe the kiddies here in their parents basements were to stupid to realize that Stackit ist run by:

STACKIT is the Schwarz Group's digital umbrella brand for IT services. Behind STACKIT stands the Schwarz IT KG as the group's central IT service provider, including the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland. In addition to 20,000 servers with more than 22.5 PB storage, we operate 1.4 million network ports and one of the world's largest SAP retail systems. Benefit of our capacity and speed and realize the opportunities of your digital future!

Schwarz Group is the Owner of Lidl.

Lessons learned:

1. The Lidl AWS service won't run under the Lidl brand

2. The average Ycombinator user is probably more stupid than you would expect.

Your flagged post (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23240955) looks like an ad for a cloud services business. I would have flagged it too, since it doesn't seem to conform to the HN Guidelines (see link at the bottom of the page).

The guidelines also say: If you have questions about site policies, please contact the moderators at hn@ycombinator.com rather than posting.

And I'm also going to flag this post, since insulting people by calling them "stupid" and "kiddies here in their parents basements" is a clear violation of site policy.
