Page 16, and 20-22 are concerning to say the least.
Why did he leave an encrypted hard drive in Hong Kong before going to Russia? Why did stop in Hong Kong allowing the U.S. to terminate his passport before flying to Ecuador? Why did he continually have contact with the Russian government after leaking? He had 1.5 million pages of information and only released a miniscule amount of that. What else did he know?
