What are the alternatives to the training that is provided in top MBA colleges?

I see a lot of folks from top MBA collages around me and there are a lot of similarities between them. I won't say that they are smarter than me but I can definitely say that they are more polished and have great structured thinking. Their communication skills are on point and the PPT's they make are airtight. I can definitely attribute this to the regimented training provided in top MBA colleges and consulting firms. All these things make me wanna do an MBA just for this training and structure. But the MBA's cost a lot of time and money. So I came here to ask for the best alternatives to this kind of training and structured thinking. What can I do to achieve this all the skills mentioned above in a short amount of time?
