Looks like hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine keeps less-sick people out of the hospital. Also, looks like doctors may prescribe hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine 'as a last resort' after people are hospitalized, when actually it's most effective early-on or as a prophylactic.
