Ask HN: Anyone having problems playing Chinese podcasts?

Has anyone else had trouble playing certain types of podcasts?

The first one that didn't work for me is DW.com (https://castbox.fm/channel/Deutsche-Welle%3A-DW.com-Deutsch-id498875?country=us&nojump=1).

When I clicked around some other ones, I found some Chinese-language ones didn't either. The one that has consistently not played is https://www.thetype.com/typechat/
