Ask HN: Is it possible to automatically track back end analytics?

Does anyone know of a product that provides backend analytics like heap.io does for frontend?

Ideally we'd be able to set it up and have it automatically track all database changes / function calls on the backend so that we can run analytics on it. Is this possible?
