Reading the executive order now, it’s rather curious how it goes from arguing against censorship by social media companies to pointing out Chinese propaganda on social media platforms. It seems to me you can’t argue against censorship while pointing at a problem that can only be addressed by censorship.

It is the policy of the United States that such a provider should properly lose the limited liability shield of subparagraph (c)(2)(A) and be exposed to liability like any traditional editor and publisher that is not an online provider.
Let’s say Facebook’s puts my post about Trump at the bottom of my friend’s feed even though it’s the chronologically most recent post. Is this restricting access?
