Online (Scaleway) C14 Classic storage service terminating in November 2020

Scaleway is now sending out these emails to C14 customers:

>Dear customer,

>Since 2016, you have benefited from our Scaleway Dedibox C14 Classic archiving solution. This solution, which has demonstrated its reliability, is no longer in line with our desire to provide you with increasingly flexible solutions matching market standards. We therefore inform you that this service is going into an end-of-life process, and will be deleted on November 26, 2020 (more information below).

>Data has become the most valuable and strategic asset of companies. This is why we have completely redesigned our C14 Classic product to adapt it to today's usages. We therefore launched C14 Cold Storage via Scaleway Elements, the new 100% cloud version of C14 at the beginning of the year.

>With C14 Cold Storage, we provide a sovereign, cost-effective, ultra-secure, and standards-compliant cloud archiving solution.

>To thank you for your trust, you will not have to pay:

>- Your C14 Classic archiving and data transfer fees.

>- The amount of your C14 Cold Storage invoice if you migrate your C14 Classic data to C14 Cold Storage in June 2020! To take advantage of this offer, you have until Tuesday 30th June 2020 included to send us your Scaleway Dedibox and Scaleway Elements IDs via this form.

>Finally, to help you organize your data migration as well as you can, the end-of-life process will be done in two steps:

>- June 26, 2020: You will no longer be able to archive new data from C14 Classic. But you will still have the possibility to recover your existing data.

>- November 26, 2020: termination and deletion of the C14 Classic service.
