Ask HN: Front-end solutions for data/ML annotation?

I have a problem with annotating data -- the project managers I work with tend to want us to use a spreadsheet to mark a column with yes/no/maybe (or another set of answers). Are there faster ways to do this? What are best practices for data annotation?
