As I suspected, all points that somebody is luring people to go out and get infected or being "culled" by other means.

The only chance to be reelected in November would be to avoid having a big second wave in winter, and the only way to avoid this is either to find a cure or to accelerate the process so people will lose the sense of danger, take more risks and will start dying more faster or recovering more faster, so the second wave never happens. Is a simple 2+2 math

Those reasons work equally as well for justifying a mail in ballot election so one party can cheat the system and get elected.
Yes, I assume that there are cheaters in all main parties in the planet willing to do anything for obtain and keep power.

Mmh.. Or to induce enough people in the target group to riot and commit felonies, to be able to exclude them as voters...

That could be another reason to explain the current strange events with police shooting pepper bullets to journalists, the people being harassed for wearing masks in the streets last weeks, and some groups of people literally craving for tension escalation in the middle of a pandemy.

Just out of pure intellectual curiosity, could something like this change the game at some states? where?

"He said some of the 40 arrests made in the Twin Cities Friday night were of people linked to white supremacist groups and organized crime."

Actually, he said no such thing, hence the lack of an actual quote. Good thing, too, lest he embarrass himself like the St. Paul mayor did when he said “every single person we arrested last night, I’m told, was from out of state.”

In fact, 80% were MN residents.

It is beyond all of my common sense and reason how the narrative went from African Americans and others protesting the death of George Floyd to white supremacists being behind them.

Okay, so if it's white people looting and rioting, we can put an end to it right? No one's got anything to say against that if that's the case right?
