Ask HN: Good Chatbot Programming Framework?

Hi HN! I am looking for any recommendations on a good chatbot programming framework / platform.

I have used AWS Lex in the past, and I see it hasn't improved much. It is lacking a couple things I need. Specifically, it doesn't have "literal" or "searchquery" intent support.

"Amazon Lex doesn't support the AMAZON.LITERAL or the AMAZON.SearchQuery built-in slot types."

I would prefer to program in Go or Python, but open to other languages.
