State of the Art in Voice Cloning? (2020)

At this moment, most of Google search results point to this Github repo: https://github.com/CorentinJ/Real-Time-Voice-Cloning

I've tried it, really nice but it looks like this technology is not quite there yet. Are there any better solution?
