Ask HN: How do you generate customer reports?

I have a customer that wants periodic reports on certain metrics like number of requests, failed logins, incidents, etc.

While this data is available in a monitoring system, it's not very presentable, and mixed with all sorts of other metrics.

What do HNers use to generate pretty reports from raw metrics? Is there a tool or service I can feed this data into that will create a nice PDF and/or web page?
