How to drive adoption of a no-code platform among Citizen Developers?

Hey Everyone,

We've developed a No-Code platform and have a few paying beta customers right now. We're evaluating our GTM options. One of the ideas we're considering is to introduce a freemium model and target Citizen, Developers. The marketplace is getting hot and we think anyone who can reduce the learning curve in addition to building a great visual programming tool, would be at an advantageous position.

We would like to work on creating success for Citizen Developers by launching an academy.

I would love to know what are the top things we should consider before we start working on the tutorials.
